Board of Auditors
The Board of Auditors consists of a Chairman and two regular members. The Chairman is appointed by the Great and General Council, while the two regular members are nominated by the minority shareholders and appointed by the shareholders' meeting.
The Board exercises oversight over management, accounting, and compliance with Central Bank regulations and legal provisions. It certifies the accuracy of the financial statements, ensures that the valuation criteria for the items in the financial statements adhere to strict accounting standards, and presents its report on the annual financial statements to the General Meeting of Members.
Education
She graduated in Accountancy and has been licensed to practice as an accountant since 1993. She is registered in the Single Register of Certified Public Accountants of San Marino and in the Register of Auditors.
Professional Experience
She has been practicing as an accountant since 1993. Since 1998, she has held positions as Auditor and as a member of the Board of Directors in public entities of the Republic of San Marino, as well as in companies involved in financial activities and other entities governed by San Marino law.
Current positions
Since May 9, 2018, she has served as the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino.
Education
She graduated in Economics and Commerce, specializing in Business Economics, from the University of Urbino.
She has been enrolled in the Order and Register of Chartered Accountants of the Republic of San Marino since 2006 and in the Register of Auditors of the Republic of San Marino since 2008.

She has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 2006. Since 2008, she has held positions as Auditor in companies involved in banking and financial activities, as well as in other companies governed by San Marino law.

Since May 30, 2018, she has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino.
Education
She graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in Economics and Commerce, specializing in Business Economics.
Professional experiences
In 1999, she joined Arthur Andersen (later Deloitte), where she held various professional roles.
Since 2018, she has been a partner at Studio Poggi & Associati in Bologna.
Current assignments
Since July 29, 2020, she has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino.
