Initiatives supported by BCSM

The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino (BCSM) supports charitable initiatives and community-focused projects designed to generate meaningful, long-term value for the local community. Through partnerships with local associations and organizations, the Bank promotes inclusion, social responsibility, and civic engagement.

Associazione BattiCinque

For Christmas 2025, BCSM joined the project “Bello, Buono e Solidale: Our 2025 Christmas Basket,” promoted by Associazione BattiCinque in collaboration with Ceramiche Barbò, an art workshop affiliated with Cooperativa In Volo.

The initiative brings together craftsmanship, local identity, and social inclusion through charitable holiday gift baskets made with local products and shaped by meaningful collaborations. By actively involving young people with and without disabilities, the project celebrates individual talents, creates opportunities for connection, and provides concrete support to inclusive and productive organizations in the Republic of San Marino, offering the community an authentic and participatory way to experience the Christmas season.

ASLEM

For Christmas 2024, BCSM supported an initiative by ASLEM, the San Marino Association for the Fight against Leukemia and Malignant Blood Disorders. By purchasing ASLEM products, later donated to the Bank’s employees and representatives, BCSM contributed to the renovation and enhancement of the oncology and hemato-oncology Day Hospital at the Social Security Institute of the Republic of San Marino.
