Board of Auditors

The Board of Statutory Auditors consists of a Chairman and two regular members; the Chairman is appointed by the Great and General Council while the two regular members are nominated by the minority shareholders and appointed by the shareholders' meeting.

The Board of Statutory Auditors exercises control over management, accounting, and compliance with the regulations of the Central Bank and the provisions of the law, certifies the veracity of the financial statements, checks that the valuation criteria of the items in the financial statements meet strict accounting criteria, and submits its report to the General Meeting on the annual financial statements.

Patrizia Bellavista - President

Education
Graduated in Law from the University of Bologna.
In 1999 she attended the School of Perfection in San Marino Law.

Professional Experience
She has been practicing as a lawyer and notary public in the Republic of San Marino since 1998 and is a member of the Register of Auditors.
She is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company Poste San Marino S.p.A., a position also held from 2016 to 2019.

Current Positions
From June 2, 2025, she is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino.

Giulia Magnani - Mayor

Education

Graduated in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan, she specialized with a Master's degree in International Tax Law and attending a School of Higher Education and Professional Specialization in Tax Law.
In 2016, she obtained the Diploma di Alta Formazione per la Professione di Dottore Commercialista at the University of the Republic of San Marino.

Professional Experience
He has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since 2017 and as an Auditor in San Marino law companies since 2018.
Since 2022 he has been a Partner of Studio SFERA Professionisti Associati in San Marino.
Since 2024 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Order of Chartered Accountants of the Republic of San Marino.

Current Positions
Since June 4, 2025 he has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino.

Monica Zafferani - Mayor

Education

Graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in Economics and Commerce, majoring in Business Economics.

Professional experiences

In 1999 she joined Arthur Andersen (later Deloitte) in which she held several professional roles.
Since 2018 he has been a partner at Studio Poggi&Associati in Bologna.

Current assignments

Since July 29, 2020 he has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino.
