Pursuant to Art. I.III.8 of CBSM Regulation 2021-02 "Regulation on the Extraordinary Procedures of Financial Firms," the fees of the bodies of the procedures determined after the entry into force of the aforementioned Regulation on July 16, 2021 are subject to publication on CBSM's website.

Remuneration settled at an earlier date, within the framework of procedures that have not yet been completed, shall be subject to publication only if CBSM has not received a communication to the contrary from the exponents, including those no longer in office, by September 14, 2021, pursuant to the transitional rule set forth in Article VI.II.3 "Effective date of publication of remuneration" of the aforementioned Regulations.
