The Governing Council, the Executive Board and the employees of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino (BCSM), together with the Trade Unions and the A.N.I.S., announce the signing of the Agreement for the renewal of the Labor Agreements for the Clerical and Auxiliary Managerial Staff, as well as for the Executive Staff, both of which expired on December 31, 2010.
According to the agreement, from an economic point of view, the increases include the recognition of a 1.5 percent one-time increase for 2022, and a 2 percent annual increase for the four-year period 2023-2026.
From a contractual point of view, no changes are reported, except for the parties' commitment to introduce, in the next union negotiation, a function allowance that commensurate a part of employees' pay with the responsibility of an Organizational Unit and its complexity.
"After the signing of the 2019 Solidarity Agreement with which BCSM employees, the first in the country to give up with a sense of shared responsibility a significant part of their remuneration, once again the fruitful and collaborative dialogue between the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, employees, the OO. SS. and ANIS has led to a result that makes us proud," emphasizes BCSM President Catia Tomasetti, lawyer.
"The agreement, concluded at the end of the recent season of contract renewals in the Republic, aimed to recognize employees not only a share of inflation, but above all their professionalism and constant commitment, even in the most delicate moments, as confirmed by recent judiciary rulings," concludes Dr. Andrea Vivoli General Manager of BCSM.
