Organs and structure

The Fund does not have its own organizational structure separate and autonomous from that of CBSM, but makes use of the latter's units for activities within their respective areas of responsibility. There are two collegial bodies that have specific decision-making powers over the Fund:

• the Supervisory Coordination, pursuant to Article II.II.2 of CBSM Reg. No. 2016-01;

• the Management Body, pursuant to Article II.II.4 of CBSM Reg. no.2016-01.

The Fund is subject to the control of CBSM 's Board of Auditors and to the audit of the Auditing Firm engaged by CBSM.
