Organs and structure

The Fund has no organisational structure, separate and independent from that of CBSM, but uses the units of the latter for the activities under their respective responsibility. There are two collective bodies responsible for taking decisions regarding the Fund:

• the Supervisory Coordination, pursuant to Article II.II.2 of CBSM Reg. No. 2016-01;

• the Management Body, pursuant to Article II.II.4 of CBSM Reg. no.2016-01.

The Fund is subject to the supervision of CBSM's Board of Auditors and to the accounting control of the Auditing Company appointed by the latter.
