The presence has been detected of an internet site (www.euroinvestsanmarino.com) that is being used by unknown persons to fraudulently present themselves as the San Marino financial company of the same name, which has no knowledge of such activities, in order to attract persons via the Internet interested in financial investments or in receiving loans.In addition to the serious criminal implications, already reported to the competent Authorities, the Central Bank, in its capacity as the Supervisory Authority for San Marino's financial system and in order to safeguard its image, hereby warns internet users that:

- the site www.euroinvestsanmarino.com is a fraud, as it has no connection whatsoever with the San Marino financial company Euroinvest S.A., supervised by the Central Bank;
- the information contained within this site is entirely without foundation.
The Central Bank therefore asks anyone who has made contact with the perpetrators of the fraud to suspend any consequent activities and to immediately notify the police authorities of such.
