Forms to be used

This section provides forms for requesting access to data recorded in the Central Bank's Central Risk Archive and proxy for data withdrawal.

The forms are in PDF format, with fillable fields and drop-down menus. It is advisable to check, for proper viewing and filling in, the version of the Adobe Reader program installed; the document has fields that can be filled in electronically using Adobe Reader 7 or higher, which can possibly be downloaded free of charge from the link.
