The Central Bank and AIF are advancing their digital service transformation. Beginning from February 2, they will introduce new telephone numbers and switch to cloud-based PBX systems.

In line with its ongoing efforts to enhance service efficiency, reduce costs, and improve public interaction, the Central Bank and AIF view investment in technology as crucial, leveraging the opportunities presented by the digital transformation.

Following the adoption of the new software for managing collection services, launched in November 2022, the investment plan continues with the implementation of a new connectivity system through modern CLOUD PBX switchboards. These advanced systems offer a significant opportunity to improve telephone services across various operational areas, ensuring reliable and continuous connectivity with citizens.

After a careful analysis aimed at optimizing both costs and benefits, the migration of the telephone systems for both the Central Bank and AIF is scheduled for February 2. From that date onward, they will be reachable through the following numbers:

The installation of the switchboards, scheduled for February 2nd, will take the entire day and may result in temporary disruptions to the lines, which will be minimized wherever possible.

Through this initiative, the Central Bank and AIF aim to enhance operational efficiency and provide improved support to citizens, ensuring that their networks remain aligned with the latest available technology, further reinforcing the ongoing modernization efforts.
