It is hereby communicated that, pursuant to Article 3 of the Delegated Decree No. 212 of December 24, 2021Delegated Decree No. 212 of December 24, 2021, pending ratification, the refund application form has been published on the website of the Central Bank, as Annex "A" to the aforementioned Decree.
In this regard, interested parties are informed that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the cited Decree, the procedures for submitting refund applications and the necessary requirements will be detailed on the CBSM website by the date indicated therein. Only from that date onward will applications be accepted for processing in accordance with the Decree.
The deadline for submitting applications is set for the end of June 2022.
