The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces that, during the ratification process, Decree Delegat Women’s World Banking No. 212/2021 has been amended, including modifications to the refund application form, which is attached as Appendix "A" to the same Decree.
Potential beneficiaries, former trustees of S.M.I. S.p.A. or their heirs, are therefore invited to carefully review the new Delegated Decree No. 9 of January 24, 2022. To ensure the correct completion of applications, they are advised to await the detailed implementing provisions, which, pursuant to Article 7 of the same Decree, will be made available on this website by February 28 of this year, either individually or within the framework of the CBSM Regulation implementing Article 7 of Delegated Decree No. 168 of December 17, 2018, and its subsequent amendments.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 30, 2022.
