Banca Centrale of the Republic of San Marino announces that it has reported to the Judicial Authority, pursuant to Article 104 of Law No. 165/2005, the presence of a fraudulent website (https://bdtitano.com) promoting banking products and services under the name and references of "Banca del Titano", a San Marino bank that has not been active for several years.
In fact, Banca Centrale specifies that there is no banking institution with this name currently registered in the registers kept by the Supervisory Authority or authorized or licensed to carry out banking and financial activities in the Republic of San Marino.
Savers are urged to always check in advance, for sites offering banking and financial services, that the entity with which they enter into relations is authorized by the Central Bank, by consulting the Register of Authorized Persons (LINK).
