The Central Bank announces that the Congress of State of the Republic of San Marino, by its resolution no. 4 of March 24, 2020, available at the link below, has decided that "subject to the provisions already established in Article 14, paragraph 3, letters a), d), and e) of Decree-Law No. 52/2020, and in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the aforementioned Article 14 of Decree-Law No. 52/2020, all deadlines set forth by the applicable trust regulations, specifically those established by Law No. 42 of March 1, 2010, as amended, by Delegated Decree No. 49 of March 16, 2010, as amended, and by Delegated Decree No. 50 of March 16, 2010, as amended, are exceptionally extended by 60 days."
