The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces that, as a result of the appointment made - in accordance with Article 10 of the BCSM Statute - by the Great and General Council, Mr. Massimo Mancini has joined the Board of Directors as a replacement for Vice President, Mr. Francesco Mancini, who has reached the end of his term of office.
Also at its meeting on April 30, the Board of Directors appointed Rag Walter Guidi to the position of Vice President.
The Central Bank extends its best wishes to Mr. Massimo Mancini and Rag Walter Guidi for the positions they have assumed, and thanks Mr. Francesco Mancini for the professionalism, ethics and consistency demonstrated by contributing in a decisive way to the current structure of the institution.
