As of today, at the request of the Extraordinary Commissioner and with the favorable opinion of the Surveillance Committee, the Supervisory Coordination has authorized, for a period of 30 days starting from 00:00 on February 25, 2022, the suspension of payments by Compagnia Sammarinese di Assicurazioni S.p.A. in Extraordinary Administration, pursuant to Article 82 of Law 165/2005 (LISF), in order to protect the interests of policyholders and creditors.
