The Central Bank announces that, as of today, a decision decision has been made to close the resolution process of Banca Nazionale Sammarinese S.p.A., pursuant to the combined provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 102 of June 14, 2019, and Article 4 of Delegated Decree No. 126 of July 27, 2020.
