The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino, pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 12, paragraph 1, letter a) and 16, paragraph 4 of Regulation No. 2007-02, and the activation of the procedure under Article 34, paragraph 2, letter f) of Law No. 96 of June 29, 2005, has today ordered, for a period of six months, the official suspension of the company RIUNIONE ASSICURATIVA SAMMARINESE S.r.l. from the Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Intermediaries.
