Extraordinary administration and suspension of the administrative bodies

Procedures of extraordinary administration and suspension of the administritative bodies are governed by Chapter I, Title II, Part II of Law No. 165/2005 (LISF), as well as Parts II and III of CBSM Regulation No. 2021-02 “Regulation on Extraordinary Procedures of Financial Firms.”

Ongoing procedures:

 

• the extraordinary administration procedure for the Electronic Money Institution The 3Rooks Money S.p.A. is currently in progress, initiated on 23 January 2026 pursuant to Article 78, paragraph 1, letter a) of the LISF.
