Register of authorized subjects

The registry is established pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 165 of November 17, 2005 (LISF) and is governed by Regulation No. 2006-01.

The registry contains information on authorized entities that are divided into:

(a) San Marino financial firms;

(b) foreign financial firms authorized to conduct reserved activities through branches or under the regime of provision of services without establishment.
