Registration in the Trust Register and issue of related certification
All requests for entry or deletion in the Register of Trusts as well as for the issuance of relevant certifications should be submitted to:

For the submission of requests for entries in the Register (registrations and cancellations) and/or for the issuance of certifications, please make contact in advance at the above-mentioned contact numbers in order to make an appointment with the Head of the Office.
For each application related to the Register of Trusts, the eligible applicant (notary, trustee or resident agent) must appear in person at the Office for the purpose of completing and filing the specific application on the stamped form available at the Office.
The applicant should come already equipped with:

sufficient number of revenue stamps for the fulfillment of the submitted application, i.e. receipt of virtual payment of the stamp duty at the Registry and Mortgage Office;

receipt of payment of the tax at the Registry and Mortgage Office, where applicable, pursuant to Article 9 of Law 38/2005;
-
valid identity document if not already registered in the registry office's archives.
