The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino is seeking a Risk Manager (Ref. Code 24.3)

Job Description:

The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino is seeking an experienced professional in Risk Management with expertise in Asset & Liability Management to take on the role of Head of the Planning, Management Control, and Risk Management unit. This position is particularly relevant in light of San Marino's upcoming Association Agreement with the EU. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing corporate risks, providing support to the Bank's Management in risk oversight and mitigation.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in economics or finance;                                                 

At least 3 years of professional experience as a Risk Manager;                                                        

Excellent knowledge of English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

Residency, San Marino citizenship, and/or a regular residence permit in the Republic;         

Postgraduate specialization in Risk Management;                                                            

Professional experience within financial institutions or leading consulting firms in the banking and financial sector.

The employment will be on a permanent basis, subject to the successful completion of the probationary period, in accordance with the law and the employment contracts applicable to the personnel of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino.
