Notice is hereby given that, as of today, pursuant to Article 78 paragraph 1 letter a) of Law No. 165/2005, as amended, the Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino ordered the initiation of the extraordinary administration procedure of The 3Rooks Money S.p.A. Electronic Money Institute, with the consequent dissolution of the administrative and supervisory bodies.
The following appointments were also made under the aforementioned measure:

The procedure was initiated today.
