The Tax Collection Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces the issuance of a public auction notice for the sale of movable assets. The auction will take place in three sessions: the first on November 15, 2021; the second on November 29, 2021, if the lot remains unsold in the first session; and the third on December 13, 2021, should the lot remain unsold in the second session.
The lot consists of a set of movable assets intended for the operation of a food and beverage service business.
Bids, to be submitted in sealed envelopes, must be submitted to the Tax Collection Department by 12:00 PM on the day of the auction session. Each bid must include a security deposit equal to 10% of the starting auction price, payable by cashier’s check made out to the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino.
The assets will be available for viewing at their current location, strictly by appointment via phone or email. Visits will be conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent gatherings and ensure confidentiality, in accordance with Covid-19 containment measures.
