Simplified settlement of Manu Regia procedures and of the overdue tax collection notices for the period 2005-2015
For the taxes involved in the Manu Regia procedures and in the overdue tax collection notices issued from 2005 to 2015, the taxpayer is entitled to ask for the debt to be settled by adhering to the simplified settlement.
In order to comply with the aforementioned simplified procedure, the taxpayer must sign the request at the offices of the Overdue Tax Collection Department of this Central Bank, which is available to provide any clarification also by telephone (0549 885356).
It should be noted that the deadline for submitting the request to adopt the simplified procedure for expired credits is 6 November 2017.
