The Central Bank avails itself of the cooperation of other institutions of San Marino and abroad, for the development of educational activities
The register was established in compliance with article 11 of Law N° 165 of 17 November 2005 (LISF) and is governed by Regulation N° 2006-01.
The register contains information on authorized parties which are divided into:
a) San Marino financial institutions (italian version);
b) foreign financial institutions authorized to provide reserved activities through branches or without permanent establishment.
