Bodies and Structure
The Fund has no organisational structure, separate and independent from that of CBSM, but uses the units of the latter for the activities under their respective responsibility. There are two collective bodies responsible for taking decisions regarding the Fund, the Supervision Committee and the Management Body, acting, respectively, as:
- Competent authority pursuant to art. II.II.2 of CBSM Reg. no. 2016-01;
- Designated authority pursuant to art. II.II.4 of CBSM Reg. no. 2016-01;
The fund is subject to the supervision of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the CBSM and to the accounting control of the Auditing Company appointed by the latter.
