The Tax Collection Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces that it has issued a notice of a public auction without bidding for registered personal property, clothing, equipment, furnishings, and miscellaneous items, which will be held in its third and final session on September 29, 2026.
This auction session will feature items that remained unsold in previous sessions, which will be offered for sale at a 60% discount from the initial base price.
Sealed bids must be received by the Tax Collection Department no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the auction session.
Upon submission of the sealed bid for registered movable property, a security deposit equal to 30% of the base auction price must be paid; for other items, the deposit must be 10% of the base auction price if the value of the items exceeds €3,000.00.
The items may be viewed at the Tax Collection Department’s offices at Strada Borrana No. 32 in Serravalle (Republic of San Marino) on the afternoons of Wednesday, September 23, Friday, September 25, and Monday, September 28, from 2:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., and by visiting this website in the “Esattoria Auctions of Movable Property” section.
