These positions, all on a fixed-term basis, will not result in an increase in the overall personnel costs, as they will replace absent or departing staff members. The contract will be for a fixed term of 12 months, with the position classified as an Entry-Level Employee. The contract includes a seniority increment, a probationary period, and starting salary in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Executive, Clerical, and Auxiliary Staff of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino.
