We hereby inform that, pursuant to [Decree Law No. 141 of August 19, 2020](https://www.bcsm.sm/hubfs/Blog/63126DecretoLeggen.14%20(2).pdf?hsLang=en) , and in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, paragraph 1, of Law No. 113 of July 7, 2020, the deadlines related to the following will resume as of September 1:

a) Sanctioning procedures, including deadlines for initiation, internal procedural deadlines, and enforcement;

b) Authorization requests as provided for by Law No. 165 of November 17, 2005, and the respective implementing regulations of CBSM;

c) Delivery of inspection reports related to ongoing inspections;

d) Responses to other Authorities and/or Public Administration Offices in accordance with applicable laws and/or memoranda of understanding;

e) Registrations, suspensions, or cancellations in the registers or lists managed by CBSM;

f) Issuances, notifications, and public auctions of the Unified Collection Service;

g) Periodic publication of data, financial reports, and statements, including the Annual Report to the Grand and General Council.
