Publication of the register of independent financial advisors

The Central Bank hereby announces that, as of today, it has published on its website the Register of Independent Financial Advisors, established pursuant to Article 25-bis of Law No. 165/2005 and BCSM Regulation No. 2020-03.

The Register includes Independent Financial Advisors who, following verification of compliance with all requirements set out in Chapter II of Title II of Regulation 2020-03, are listed under the following two Sections:

• Section A – Natural persons who professionally provide Independent Investment Advice, either independently or on behalf of Independent Financial Advisory Firms (SCFIs) with which they are affiliated;
• Section B – Legal entities that, as Independent Financial Advisory Firms (SCFIs), professionally provide Independent Investment Advice.
