The Central Bank hereby announces that, as of today, it has published on its website the [Register of Independent Financial Advisors](https://www.bcsm.sm/news/pubblicazione-registro-dei-consulenti-finanziari-indipendenti?hsLang=en), established pursuant to Article 25-bis of Law No. 165/2005 and BCSM Regulation No. 2020-03.

The Register includes Independent Financial Advisors who, following verification of compliance with all requirements set out in Chapter II of Title II of Regulation 2020-03, are listed under the following two Sections:

- Section A – Natural persons who professionally provide Independent Investment Advice, either independently or on behalf of Independent Financial Advisory Firms (SCFIs) with which they are affiliated;
- Section B – Legal entities that, as Independent Financial Advisory Firms (SCFIs), professionally provide Independent Investment Advice.
