In accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 2 of Law No. 132 of September 15, 2023, the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino is required to publish on its website, by December 31, 2023, the details of administrative monetary penalties that have been imposed and become final as of December 31, 2020, but remain uncollected. This obligation applies regardless of the formal registration of such penalties, their amounts, or the residence of the sanctioned individuals, unless they have already been published pursuant to Article 32 of Law No. 96 of June 29, 2005, and its subsequent amendments.
The publication of these sanctions will take place during December of this year, taking into consideration payments received no later than November 30, 2023. This deadline is critical for those sanctioned, as it determines their exclusion from the applicability of the aforementioned regulation.
Regarding administrative monetary penalties that became final after December 31, 2020, which are also uncollected and have not yet been published, these will likewise be published on the Central Bank's website by the end of the third calendar year following their finalization. Consequently, for subsequent years (e.g., 2024 for 2021 penalties, 2025 for 2022 penalties, and so forth), the publication in December will also account for payments received by the preceding November 30.
