The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces that, as of today, it has officially cancelled, with immediate effect, the registration of RIUNIONE ASSICURATIVA SAMMARINESE S.r.l. from the Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Intermediaries. This action is taken in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 2 of Regulation No. 2007-02, and follows the previous decision for an office suspension issued on January 28, 2022, for a duration of six months, as the underlying causes for such suspension remain unaddressed.
