We hereby announce that, pursuant to Article 78 of Law No. 165/2005 and subsequent amendments, the Coordination of Supervision of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino has ordered, on February 23, 2025, the commencement of the extraordinary administration procedure for Compagnia Sammarinese di Assicurazioni S.p.A. This decision resulted in the dissolution of the administrative and supervisory bodies, which had been suspended since January 26.
