The Collection Department reminds that, as provided by the applicable regulations and subject to future amendments, the Debtors’ Register (i.e., the list of entities with outstanding amounts registered pursuant to Law No. 70 of May 25, 2004, exceeding a total of €50,000.00, net of any duly approved installment payments) is published on the official Public Administration portal by February 28 of each year, based on outstanding collection debts as of December 31 of the previous year.
