In accordance with the law, the Central Bank holds the following registers and rolls: Register of authorized parties The register was established in compliance with article 11 of Law N° 165 of 17 November 2005 (LISF) and is governed by the Regulations of the Central Bank N° 2006-01 Consult the register Register of insurance and reinsurance brokers The register was established in compliance with article 27 of Law N° 165 of 17 November 2005 (LISF) and is governed by Regulation N° 2007-01, arts. 4-16 The roll was established in compliance with article 19 of Law N° 37 of 17 March 2005 and is governed by Circular N° 44 of 25 October 2005. Consult the list The official certification of the data in the registers and rolls held by the Central Bank can be obtained by submitting a written request, which should be handed in or sent by letter to the headquarters of the Central Bank in via del Voltone, 120, 47890 Republic of San Marino. |
